Abuja - A 7-year-old has allegedly killed a housemaid in Aba after playing with his father's gun, Vanguard reports.
Though information surrounding the deceased's death remains largely unknown, it has been alleged that the boy picked up his father's gun in the bedroom before pointing it at the househelp, assuming it was a toy.
After jokingly saying "I will kill you", it is alleged that the child engaged the gun, thereby fatally injuring the housemaid in the process.
It is alleged that the woman died before being attended to by medical personnel.
Investigations into the matter remain underway.
