Delta - A Tactical Operation Unit has been deployed in Ogun due to pipeline vandalism by acting Inspector-General, Ibrahim Idris, Punch reported.
This operation is to flush out vandals and other criminals operating in the Arepo aand Ibafo areas of Ogun State.
It is said that the Nigerian Police Force will not watch any criminal group take the law into their own hands.
Therefore Idris, states that is why he authorised the force to deal decisively with law breakers.
There has been a spate of attacks in the Delta region of pipelines, where they are blown up, according to News24.
